Noun Phrase derived from Post-Modified Noun
A Noun followed by a Relative Adjective Clause where the relative pronoun is subject of the relative clause, can be reduced to a noun phrase where the noun is pre-modified by the predicate of relative clause. Noun Phrases make sentences less wordy by avoiding use of relative adjective clause.
