5. Verbs for both Action and non Action

'Know' is one such word which has both 'action' and 'non-action' use. Non-action use: He knows the person who can do this job. Action use: Allow him a week's time to get to know the system and help him by answering his queries. Another such word is 'understand'. He understands Tamil.
